We have been loving our new infrared sauna. Even through the warm months of summer the sauna sessions continue to deliver very noticeable health benefits. My favorite is its ability to bring fluidity back into my fascia and calm back into my mind. It’s such an indulgent and healthy addition to a massage. Short on time? Add a sauna session onto a 30 minute targeted massage for your head, neck and shoulders. Craving a full escape? Go for the 90 minute full body massage and float over to the sauna afterwards to build upon the healing and relaxation of your massage. It is truly the best self-care. We offer CBD selzers to go along with the sauna as well as electrolytes to keep you hydrated and balanced. It is a great gift to offer someone you know who needs to decompress and relax the mind, body and spirit.
